IVAN KAM

For as long as I can remember, I've always been fascinated with film. It was when I turned nine that my father gave me a camcorder as a birthday gift that made me a filmmaker. I filmed all the time, first at home with my little brother and gradually with friends. Those little films pushed me to learn how to write, direct, shoot, and edit, and to develop the ability of storytelling.

That same drive later on resulted in what is now Studio VEGA, which I set up independently to make stories I truly connected with and provide a creative outlet to other youth. Since then, I've worked across live action, animation, writing, and production.

I am currently in the IB Diploma Program while continuing to build Studio VEGA and develop its productions.

I'm still that kid with a camera who simply wants to make something meaningful.
